We have been in too many projects that say there are agile delivery simply because they have daily meetings, have roles called scrum master (etc) and work in two or four week cycles. It is great that they are taking of some agile work practices, but does not make the project an Agile project. The big benefits from Agile come (from my perspective) when we release code regularly for test and production use. Otherwise I really think we should refer to this as iterative development (not agile).
